Customer engagement is an essential part of all smart grid projects, but it is unfamiliar territory for distribution companies more comfortable with the technological aspects of the project.
For this reason, Northern Powergrid set up a workshop on 25th March 2011 to exchange information and best practice on customer engagement between smart grid projects and learn from other national experts.
