Northern Powergrid (formally NEDL ) submitted the Customer-Led Network Revolution (CLNR) project bid for funding underLow Carbon Network (LCN) Fund on 03 September 2010 and the Authority decided to award the funding in a decision dated 29 November 2010 subject to Northern Powergrid complying with CRC 13, of the LCN Fund Governance.This document gives details of the project direction as agreed with the Ofgem’s Low Carbon Network Fund.
