Northern Powergrid hosted the DNO Stakeholder Engagement Best Practice Sharing Group on the 19th June 2014. CLNR is presented as a case study example of low carbon knowledge sharing and best practice.
The presentation looks at channels and tactics for knowledge sharing and dissemination. Customer recruitment and engagement is also discussed, alongside early insights and findings from CLNR’s customer trials.
